餐旅營運管理學群認證
當學生完成此一學群課程認證，拿到該學群證書時，可說明具有多方營運管理的能力。透過多方面的選考，可易於組合多種不同面向的餐飲營運技能，例如：餐廚管理藝術、觀光、或其他住宿業規劃。

★學群考科的替代方法
有限制的替代方法僅適用於專業餐飲部門學群、旅館基礎管理學群、餐旅營運管理學群以及學程管理。所有的替代課程都必須先經過EI認可。如果要取帶EI設計的課程或者課程是來自於學位授予機構，如果這些課程是與EI課程領域相似是可以接受在學群課程中替換EI課程的。
